Faroudja's OEM style shipping lock is essential for any remanufactured Optra® S cartridge to protect critical cartridge components during shipping. Installed on the cartridge exterior, the shipping lock creates a slight separation between the developer roller and OPC drum, preventing them from rubbing or sticking together during transport.

The shipping lock includes an instruction card (pictured above) that prompts the end user to remove the shipping lock before using the cartridge.
